The website were founded by Teacher Gao Yuan to spread Zhineng Qigong and help more people optimize their lives.
“Zhineng Qigong” is a collective name of
1) a series of practical methods of Zhineng Qigong;
2) Zhineng Qigong doctrine (incl. systematic theory, methods and techniques for practice);
3) Zhineng Qigong science;
4) Zhineng Qigong culture.
Therefore, it is not accurate to regard Zhineng Qigong only as some practical methods of Zhineng Qigong, or a certain lineage of Qigong.
